Transforming a little-used third floor was the dream of this couple and their growing family. Studio Nigro redesigned the underutilized interior footage to create a space that now functions as a library and homework zone. The Douglas fir element conveys the luxury of a paneled library, while the large, graphic-print wallpaper brings a modern feel to the study space. Two new bedrooms feature custom millwork, trim and textiles, and share a new luxuriously light-filled bathroom.
